Getting Started

Getting started with CrossFit is simple at CrossFit The Challenge!

Step 1:

Come in and try a class.  Your first class is FREE!!  We will have you sign a waiver upon arrival, show you around, and get you started.  Classes are designed to challenge you, yet allow you to go at your own pace and most importantly have FUN!! Lace up your gym shoes, bring bottled water, and come join us.

Step 2:

New athletes that have not been a part of CrossFit before will go through a one time Foundations Class, which is 90 minutes of one on one time with a coach.  We offer this to ensure proper technique and form are learned, which maximizes your success. Times for Foundations are scheduled by email: crossfitthechallenge@gmail.com

Step 3:

Become part of our family!  We have several options for you to choose from to best suit you.  Our Unlimited Memberships are set up with commitments of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months.  We also have a 3x per week option.

 All memberships are on monthly auto-payment or paid in full.

Foundations Class

Our Foundations Class is a great way to fully learn correct form for the nine foundational CrossFit movements that are found in our WODs at CrossFit the Challenge. Theses classes are lead by Coach Coco, and are scheduled on a needed basis! 

A Foundations Class is one 90 minute course that is both informational and fun and is highly recommended to those with minimal weightlifting and exercise experience, or for those new to CrossFit!
