Crossfit The Challenge- Coach/ Administrative Assistant

When Jill joined the CrossFit community, in October 2012, she had no idea the transformation that was about to take place. The amount of inner strength one has comes alive in a CrossFit class and Jill was hooked from day one. She found a belief in herself she never knew existed. While she enjoys being a student, working to push herself to the next level, she loves sharing her passion for fitness and strives to encourage others as well. Jill has been involved in the fitness industry for 20+ years and has taught a variety of step aerobics, group cycling, Zumba, and HIIT style classes. She became a certified Fitness Nutrition Coach through NESTA in 2010 and most recently became a certified Fitness Instructor through Revelation Wellness, a faith-based fitness ministry that incorporates Nutrition and Bible Study with fitness. Not only does Jill enjoy encouraging you on the workout floor, she works for us as our Administrative Assistant and is ready and willing to assist you with any questions you have regarding your membership.

Favorite Lift: Overhead Squat

Favorite WOD: EMOM’s and anything with kettlebell swings, wall balls, and hand stand push-ups.

Favorite Foods: Cauliflower with Cottage Cheese or Peanut Butter (but not together)
